The boulevard (Bulwar Xawererego Dunikowskiego) is located between Piaskowy and Pokoju bridges. Most of it belongs to the Old Town Promenade. A place for walks and sightseeing. Between Ceglany and Piaskowy bastions (Bastion Ceglany and Bastion Piaskowy) there is an amphitheatre and a marina for kayaks and small boats. Near the Gondolas one can admire the sculptures of Magdalena Abakanowicz. Her works are also exhibited in the National Museum (Muzeum Narodowe). There are two marinas near the boulevard: tourist for kayaks and small boats and for passengers who want to take a cruise. From the top of Polish Hill (Wzgórze Polskie) one can view the panorama of Ostrów Tumski.
Der Boulevard liegt zwischen der Piaskowy-Brücke und der Pokój-Brücke. Ein erheblicher Teil des Xawery-Dunikowski-Boulevard ist gleichzeitig Bestandteil der Altstadtpromenade. Ein Spazier- und Aussichtsboulevard. Zwischen der Ziegel- und Sandbastion ist ein Amphitheater mit einem Abstieg zum Fluss und einer touristischen Anlegestelle u.a. für Kajaks und kleine Boote entstanden. An der Gondelbucht können Skulpturen von Magdalena Abakanowicz angeschaut werden. Die Arbeiten der Künstlerin kann man derzeit auch hinter dem Nationalmuseum sehen. Am Boulevard funktionieren zwei Anlegestellen: eine touristische u.a. für Kajaks und kleine Boote sowie eine Anlegestelle für Passagierschiffe, wo Ausflugsschiffe anlegen. Von Wzgórze Polskie (Polnische Anhöhe) kann man das Ostrów-Tumski-Panorama sehen.
