Heiterwang, Tirol, municipality in the district of Reutte, municipality, alt. 994 m, pop. 499, area 35.72 km2, bi-seasonal tourism (59,848 overnight stays), located south-west of Lake Heiterwang, connected to Lake Plansee by a canal. - First documented mention 1286; parish church with Baroque nave, Gothic choir and Gothic tower with Baroque alterations (1480-90).
