Traunstein#

Traunstein Mountain, Upper Austria, magnificent peak (1,691 m) at the northern fringe of the Limestone Alps on the eastern shore of Lake Traunsee, made of Wetterstein limestone, it consists of the Traunkirchner Kogel Mountain (1,575 m) with the Traunstein mountain refuge and the Sulzkogel mountain (1,105 m).
