Trautmannsdorf an der Leitha, market town in the district of Bruck an der Leitha, alt. 168 m, pop. 2,529, area 35.39 km2, situated on the Leitha canal on the eastern fringe of the Vienna Basin. - Canning factories (fish, fruit). - Parish church with Gothic core, altered in Baroque style (1718-1722), organ (1728), Mount of Olives relief in traditional local style (15th century), tombstones (15th -17th century); palace (documented mention in 1292): re-modelled in Classicist style (around 1817) with "Chinese room"; Virgin Mary column (1708).
