Like an oversized sail of a dhow, the building apparently hovers above the water of the sea. In fact, it is anchored on an artificial island by hundreds of pillars driven 45 m deep into the ocean floor.
Einem überdimensionalen Dhau-Segel gleich, schwebt das Gebäude scheinbar über dem Meer. Tatsächlich ist es auf einer künstlichen Insel durch hunderte Stützpfeiler 45 m tief im Meeresgrund verankert.
