Nördlich von Otranto Otranto, Italy , am Capo Sant´Andrea, erhebt sich der Wachturm 'Torre dell´ Orso'. Er schützt nicht nur eine schöne Badebucht, sondern markiert auch den Beginn eines Küstenabschnittes mit bizarr geformten Felsenbögen und –türmen - ein außergewöhnliches Erosionskunstwerk der Natur.
North of Otranto Otranto, Italy , at Capo Sant'Andrea, stands the watchtower 'Torre dell'Orso'. It not only protects a beautiful bay, but also marks the beginning of a stretch of coast with bizarrely shaped rock arches and buttes - an extraordinary process of erosion of nature.
