Windhaag bei Perg, Upper Austria, municipality in the district of Perg, alt. 514 m, pop. 1,208, area 19.16 km2, in the southeastern Muehlviertel region. - Sawmill. - Former castle, built by J. Enzmiller in the 17th century, demolished by his daughter in 1681 for the construction of a Dominican convent (dissolved in 1782), now a ruin; former collegiate church (1685-1693), today parish church with Baroque interior (late 17th century), main altarpiece by J. W. Dallinger (1690); filial church in Altenburg (enlarged 1454), surrounded by a wall; remains of Gothic stained glass; Annenkapelle chapel (1512) with Baroque interior, tomb of the Prager von Pragthal family with frescoes (1512).
