Blühnbachtal#
Bluehnbachtal Valley, province of Salzburg, western lateral valley of the Salzach river, between the mountains of Hagengebirge and Hochkoenig, ends north of Werfen. The windgap at the end of the valley leads to the western part of the valley. Bluehnbach Castle, built from 1603-1607 under Archbishop Wolf Dietrich. From 1908-1914, the area was the hunting ground of the heir to the throne, Franz Ferdinand.
