Flaurling#
Flaurling, Tirol, municipality in the district of Innsbruck-Land, alt. 675 m, pop. 976, area 19.65 km2, situated at the mouth of the Kanzing stream in the upper Inn valley southeast of Telfs. - Flaurling power station (upper and lower levels); timber processing. - Old settlement (first documented mention in 763), late Gothic-Baroque church (nave 1836); "Risgebaeude" (originally hunting lodge) dating from the 15th century, 1500/1501 converted into presbytery; late Gothic winged altar (1510) in the chapel.
