The famous Ketchican creek street is a boardwalk with old houses along a creek.
Thousands of salmons are moving upstream in it for spawning in fall.
It is quite a view: we have some fish and chips on the veranda of a small restaurant where we can watch both live fish fighting their way upstream, and dead ones floating down.
And suddenly there is a seal in the river, and the salmons start to jump and try to avoid being caught!
