Demelius, Ernst#

Demelius, Ernst, b. Kraków, Poland (then Krakau) July 10, 1859 d. July 28, 1904 on the Gabelhorn mountain (Switzerland, climbing accident). Legal scholar, son of Gustav Demelius and father of Heinrich Demelius. From 1895 lecturer at the University of Graz, from 1897 professor of civil law at the University of Innsbruck (later rector).
