Stronach, Frank (real name: Franz Strohsack), b. Kleinsemmering in the municipality of Gutenberg an der Raabklamm (Styria), Sept. 6, 1932, industrial entrepreneur; apprenticeship as toolmaker, 1954 moved to Canada, where he established the Magna International Inc. ( Magna Holding AG), one of the biggest enterprises in the car supply industry of N America. His managerial philosophy is based on broad employee participation in shares and profits.
