Waldmann, Kaspar#
Waldmann, Kaspar, b. Innsbruck (Tyrol), July 15, 1657, d. Innsbruck (Tyrol), Nov. 18, 1720, fresco and decoration painter of the early Baroque in Tyrol. Son of Michael W. the Elder; along with his nephew Johann Josef W. (1672-1712) played a major role in the development of trompe l´oeil ceiling painting in Tirol.
